At Cascadia Psychiatry & Wellness, we believe that mental health care extends beyond the clinical setting. The following resources are available to provide immediate support, crisis intervention, and community-based assistance for residents throughout Oregon and the Clackamas County area.

Immediate Crisis Intervention

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For immediate psychiatric support and crisis counseling, the following services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

• 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 to be connected with trained counselors. This is a free, confidential service available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.

• The Trevor Project: Call 1-866-488-7386 or text START to 678-678. This service provides specialized crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQIA+ young adults.

• Lines for Life: Call 1-800-273-8255. This Oregon-based non-profit is dedicated to preventing substance abuse and suicide.

The following facilities provide specialized psychiatric stabilization and urgent behavioral health services in and around the Clackamas County region:

Unity Center for Behavioral Health

• Services: A 24-hour psychiatric emergency service (PES) that provides immediate stabilization and inpatient care for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Cascadia Health: Urgent Walk-In Clinic

• Address: 4212 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97206

• Services: Provides immediate, face-to-face support for individuals in crisis. No appointment is necessary for those needing urgent mental health assistance.

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

• Address: 1500 Division St, Oregon City, OR 97045

• Services: Specialized inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents in the Clackamas County area.

Cedar Hills Hospital
